Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) formally announced her 2020 presidential campaign on Sunday, Feb. 10 and has made a name for herself as an All-American congenial lawmaker.
She was one of the several Senate Judiciary Committee members to question Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his testimony in September 2018. However, recent reports alleged the Minnesota Democrat has verbally abused her staff for years and even thrown binders and other objects at them. She responded by saying “I’m tough” and adding she sets high standards and expectations for her staff and for the country. This will surely affect her 2020 bid.
