Eric Trump Slams Kellyanne Conway’s Husband, George Conway, For His ‘Utter Disrespect’ Of Wife
Eric Trump blasted conservative attorney George Conway, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway‘s husband, on Twitter late Monday for showing “utter disrespect” for his wife and her work.
“Of all the ugliness in politics, the utter disrespect George Conway shows toward his wife, her career, place of work, and everything she has fought SO hard to achieve, might top them all,”
President Donald Trump‘s 34-year-old son tweeted. “@KellyannePolls is great person and frankly his actions are horrible.”

Several Twitter users quickly responded by noting that Kellyanne Conway has disrespected the country by lying to the American people for the president, and that several other members of the Trump administration have also been offensive and deceitful.

George Conway has been increasingly critical of the president and his administration, even recently calling it a “s—show in a dumpster fire” and co-writing a New York Times op-ed in which he called Trump’s appointment of Matt Whitaker as acting attorney general “unconstitutional.” Conway also issued a similar rebuke of the president’s threat to end birthright citizenship for U.S.-born children of immigrants. The lawyer’s remarks have put him at odds with his wife several times since she began working as White House counselor.
In a podcast interview last month, Conway said he was proud of his wife, who served as Trump’s final campaign manager during the 2016 election. The lawyer said he believes Kellyanne Conway was instrumental in helping Trump get elected.
“My wife did an amazing thing — I mean, she basically got this guy elected,” Conway said on the Yahoo News podcast Skullduggery. “And other people like to take credit for it, but she got this guy elected. She steadied that boat. She did it. She went on television, she imposed message discipline on that campaign.”
The lawyer added he believes he and his wife have somewhat learned to deal with their opposing views of the White House’s agenda.
“I don’t think she likes it,” he said in the interview. “But I’ve told her, I don’t like the administration, so it’s even.”
Here are some of the reactions Twitter users had to Eric Trump’s tweet about George Conway:
Wait. Did I miss something? Did George Conway pay money to have sex with a porn star right after his wife gave birth? https://t.co/c8J9CyUZSG

Do you understand the irony of you attacking the husband of a woman you supposedly respect? She’s still married to the guy so he must not be so bad. 😉 Also, her boss is an asshole. Do you know the guy?

It’s ok, Eric. I’m still trying to figure out how your wife stomachs lying down next to a man who defrauded a children’s cancer fund out of millions.
Every marriage is a mystery.

Eric.
I know the Conways.
I know George. He is a good man.
I was at their wedding.
Stay out of grown married folks business and mind your own.
NOBODY named Trump should ever talk about “disrespect”.
Let Kellyanne worry about and address her husband privately.— Sophia A. Nelson (@IAmSophiaNelson) December 4, 2018
