The incident occurred at East Fordham Road near Morris Avenue at 3:30 p.m. when the man shoved a person wearing a black hoodie.

“A 911 call was made for an emotionally disturbed individual on West Fordham Road within the confines of the 52 Precinct,” a police spokesperson said. “A 28-year-old male was transported to St Barnubus Hospital for evaluation.”
