Trump Calls On FBI Agents To Not ‘Take It Anymore’ After Mar-a-Lago Search

Former President Donald Trump on Sunday called on the FBI to stop listening to leadership after the search of Mar-a-Lago, which was part of the Justice Department’s investigation into possible mishandling of documents by Trump.

“When are the great Agents, and others, in the FBI going to say ‘we aren’t going to take it anymore,’ much as they did when James Comey read off a list of all of Crooked Hillary Clinton’s crimes, only to say that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute,” Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social.

“The wonderful people of the FBI went absolutely ‘nuts,’ so Comey had to backtrack and do a FAKE INVESTIGATION in order to keep them at bay,” the former president added. “The end result, we won in 2016 (and did MUCH better in 2020!). But now the ‘Left’ has lost their minds!!!”

Last Friday, a redacted affidavit was released and showed that before the search, agents found 184 classified documents in the 15 boxes of records that the National Archives located at Mar-a-Lago.

Those documents included “67 documents marked as CONFIDENTIAL, 92 documents marked as SECRET and 25 documents marked as TOP SECRET.”

The affidavit did not reveal any new information about the 11 sets of classified documents, some of which were said to contain nuclear information, that were found in the FBI’s search of Trump’s Palm Beach, Florida, residence.

“FBI, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump added to Truth Social a few hours after his initial message targeted FBI agents.
