Trump Calls For ‘New Election Immediately’ For 2020 … In 2022

In the nearly two years since former President Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, he has claimed many times, despite no evidence of irregularities in President Joe Biden‘s decisive  win, that the election was rigged and that he is the rightful winner.

On Monday, he called for a re-do of the 2020 election.

“So now it comes out, conclusively, that the FBI BURIED THE HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP STORY BEFORE THE ELECTION knowing that, if they didn’t, ‘Trump would have easily won the 2020 Presidential Election,'” Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social.

“This is massive FRAUD & ELECTION INTERFERENCE at a level never seen before in our Country. REMEDY: Declare the rightful winner or, and this would be the minimal solution, declare the 2020 Election irreparably compromised and have a new election, immediately!”

Trump’s post was in response to a comment made by Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg during an appearance on Joe Rogan‘s podcast.

He also noted that while the FBI didn’t name Hunter Biden, the same pattern flagged by the FBI was found on his laptop.

Meta released a clarification after the podcast came out.

“As we’ve said, nothing about the Hunter Biden laptop story is new,” the statement read. “Below is what Mark told Sen. Johnson in Oct 2020 and what Mark told Joe Rogan this week. The FBI shared general warnings about foreign interference – nothing specific about Hunter Biden.”
