President Donald Trump called Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau “two-faced” Wednesday after a video surfaced showing him joking with other world leaders about Trump’s behavior at a Buckingham Palace event on Tuesday.

“He’s two-faced,” Trump said. After a pause he added, “He’s a nice guy. I find him to be a very nice guy.”

The 25-second clip, which was first published by CBC, shows British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, French President Emmanuel Macron, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Trudeau laughing as they make comments referencing Trump.

While Trump is never mentioned by name, the comments are seemingly about the President’s earlier behavior and the amount of time he spent talking to the press.

In total, Trump had spoken to reporters for over two hours on Tuesday, during the first day of the two-day NATO conference.

“Is that why you were late?” Johnson asks Macron at the beginning of the video.

Macron nods and Trudeau then replies, “He was late because he takes a 40-minute press conference at the top.”

Trudeau also says, “You just watched his team’s jaws drop to the floor,” but it is unclear what team he was talking about, as microphones only captured snippets of the conversation.

Trudeau said at a later news conference that his “jaws drop” comment was about the decision to hold the Group of 7 summit at Camp David rather than at the Trump’s golf resort in Miami. The Canadian leader added, “I have a very good relationship with President Trump and his team.”

None of the leaders seemed to know they were being recorded, but they were speaking loud enough that those around them could hear their comments.

Trump claimed Trudeau was frustrated because he called him out for failing to meet NATO’s 2% defense spending target.

“The truth is I called him out on the fact that he’s not paying 2% and I guess he’s not very happy about it,” Trump said.

He added, “I can imagine he’s not that happy, but that’s the way it is.”
