Giuliani Attacks Stormy Daniels: ‘She Lies For Money;’ Michael Avenatti Calls Him A ‘Misogynist’

Rudy Giuliani did not mince his words about porn star Stormy Daniels on Wednesday.

At a conference in Israel, the former New York City mayor and prosecutor — who is a member of President Donald Trump‘s legal team — slammed Daniels, whom Trump had an affair with in 2006, saying she was not even remotely a credible source and claiming that she denied her sexual encounter with the former Apprentice star in writing.

“She lies for money,” Giuliani said of Daniels. “We know she’s a porn star. I don’t know that she’s really a star — I never heard of her, but I don’t know much about porn. I don’t think she was much of a star. I have no confidence in her credibility. She did deny [the affair] took place, in writing.”

Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti — who has been aggressively going after Giuliani, Trump and his personal attorney Michael Cohen — blasted the former mayor on Twitter, calling him a “misogynist” and noting the fact that the porn actress passed a lie detector test.

Mr. Giuliani is a misogynist. His most recent comments regarding my client, who passed a lie detector test and who the American people believe, are disgusting and a disgrace. His client Mr. Trump didn’t seem to have any “moral” issues with her and others back in 2006 and beyond.

Giuliani also went on to suggest Trump never could have cheated on Melania Trump with Daniels because she is much less classy than the First Lady or either of his two previous wives.

The former mayor called Trump’s three wives “beautiful” and “classy” women, “women of great substance.”

Late-night comedian Stephen Colbert mocked Giuliani for his comments, particularly one remark where he said: “I don’t even really look at porn… Please get that down,” he added, pointing to reporters in the room. That comment from Giuliani drew wild laughter from the audience.

“I don’t watch porn, I don’t know who Stormy Daniels is,” said Colbert, impersonating Giuliani. “I don’t known the work of Sasha Gray or Jenna Jameson, I certainly don’t know anything about the 2005 Epic Pirates XXX starring Tommy Gun as ‘Captain Randall Thrust.’ Please get that down.”

Colbert then drew roaring cheers and applause from the audience after he said of Giuliani’s remarks:

“Wow. I know Stormy Daniels is an adult film star, but Rudy Giuliani might be the biggest d— she’s ever seen.”

Daniels sued her former lawyer Keith Davidson this week, accusing him of colluding with Cohen.
