Donald Trump Claims ‘Apprentice’ Creator Mark Burnett Told Him There Are No Tapes Of Him Using ‘N-Word’

President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Monday night to claim that Apprentice creator Mark Burnett had called him to confirm that there were not tapes from the show that showed him using the N-word.

Trump tweeted that MGM Worldwide chairman Burnett “called to say that there are NO TAPES of the Apprentice where I used such a terrible and disgusting word as attributed by Wacky and Deranged Omarosa. I don’t have that word in my vocabulary, and never have. She made it up.”

Trump Tapes Using The N-Word?

The move comes after Omarosa, a former White House communications aide who was fired late last year, alleged Trump used the ‘N-word’ on The Apprentice, on which she appeared as a contestant years prior. The president went on to attack Omarosa’s credibility and called her “wacky,” “a lowlife” and a “dog,” among other things.

Omarosa claims in her newly released book Unhinged that Trump is a “racist” who used multiple racial epithets while filming The Apprentice and during his time in the White House. Omarosa claims she also heard the president use disparaging language to refer to counselor Kellyanne Conways husband Georgewho is half-Filipino.

No recordings of Trump using such language during the Apprentice shoots have yet been revealed. When asked about this in a press briefing on Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said she “can’t guarantee” that these types of tapes do not exist.

Sanders also deflected questions about Trump using racist language by noting the president invited Bill and Hillary Clinton to his wedding, and that several prominent Democrats “begged” Trump for campaign donations.

Omarosa said she felt ostracized by many people in the White House — which is dominated by mostly white administration officials — because of her race.
