20-Foot ‘Baby Trump Balloon’ Welcomes President To Alabama Vs. LSU Game
Nearly $8,000 was raised in less than 12 hours to bring the Baby Trump balloon to Tuscaloosa, Alabama to welcome President Donald Trump.
The balloon depicts Trump a crying, orange, diaper-wearing baby. The massive balloon flew four blocks away from the Alabama vs. LSU game on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
The balloon cost $4,000 to rent, transport and set up. Organizers who created the GoFundMe page said they plan to donate any extra money to the Equal Justice Initiative in Montgomery.
“It wouldn’t be a big Gameday in Tuscaloosa without a blimp overhead, so let’s make sure our special guest is greeted properly,” the fundraiser page reads.

Organizers have since disabled donations, which totaled $7,882.
The balloon first welcomed Trump when he travelled to the United Kingdom last summer. It has since followed him around to certain events.
Mocking the way Trump writes, the balloon’s Twitter account wrote in August, “Just arrived in northern europe somewhere. Fantastic little place the people look fabulous, really fabulous every last one of them…” The account then attached a photo of the deflated balloon.

When it is blown up, the balloon stands 20-feet high and 13-feet wide.
