Fox Business host Lou Dobbs lashed out at White House adviser Stephen Miller on Monday for not doing enough to help President Donald Trump and his  efforts to illegally overturn election results. Dobbs pointed the finger at the Trump administration for refusing the offer of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) to help argue the case.

During the exchange, Dobbs pressed Miller about the Trump administration’s rejection of Cruz’s offer to present the case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Trump’s attorneys are hoping this case would overturn Pennsylvania’s election results.

On Monday, Cruz wrote in a tweet that he had informed Trump attorneys that he stands “ready to present the oral argument,” providing the justices granted a writ of certiorari.

Dobbs claimed that the Trump administration should allow Cruz to present the argument, asking why the White House still has not accepted the offer. The question came after a heated exchange over whether the GOP should be doing more to help Trump.

Dobbs screamed, “Where the hell are the Republicans? Where the hell are the Republicans?”

Dobbs continued, “The reality is that this president, and let’s be straightforward about it. He’s fighting all alone, and Ted Cruz is has stepped up to say he’ll argue before the Supreme Court… Why on God’s green Earth wouldn’t the White House jump on it?”

Dobbs commended Cruz for standing up, saying, “Sen. Ted Cruz just stood up, offering to argue the case for the president and for free and fair elections and against unlawful elections, fraudulent elections before the Supreme Court.”

The president’s attorneys are hoping for the high court, in which the U.S. Senate has confirmed three justices who were nominated by Trump, will hear a case that was previously rejected by Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court, which seeks to void  the state’s certification of votes.
