Virginia Giuffre, Plaintiff In Jeffrey Epstein Court Case, Accuses Alan Dershowitz, Prince Andrew & Bill Richardson Of Forced Sex In Court Documents

Court documents related to late sex offender and financier Jeffrey Epstein were unsealed Friday and revealed he had strong ties to a long list of famous figures that include Britain’s Prince Andrew, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz and former New Mexico Gov. Bill RichardsonEpstein was found dead of apparent suicide in his Manhattan jail cell on Saturday morning.

The document dump follows a defamation lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffreone of Epstein’s alleged victims who claimed the late financier’s British associate Ghislaine Maxwell recruited young girls for Epstein. The lawsuit was filed in 2015 in Manhattan Federal Court after Giuffre alleged Maxwell — the daughter of late media mogul Robert Maxwell — accused her of lying about the allegations against her and Epstein, who was charged with sexually abusing and trafficking underage girls and other young women.

Giuffre claimed she was obligated to have sexual intercourse with Dershowitz, Richardson and “many other powerful men, including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders.”

Dershowitz responded by saying he merely acted as Epstein’s lawyer.

WATCH BETO TAKEDOWN TRUMP:

Former Sen. George Mitchell (D-Maine) was also among the names Giuffre mentioned in her allegations against Epstein and Maxwell.

Mitchell and a spokeswoman for Richardson both denied the allegations in respective statements. Buckingham Palace also fervently refuted Giuffre’s allegations against Andrew.

“These allegations and inferences are completely false,” Richardson spokeswoman Madeleine Mahony, told the Daily Beast. “To be clear, in Governor Richardson’s limited interactions with Mr. Epstein, he never saw him in the presence of young or underage girls. Governor Richardson has never been to Mr. Epstein’s residence in the Virgin Islands. Governor Richardson has never met Ms. Giuffre.”

Court documents also revealed President Donald Trump interacted with Epstein, according to Giuffre’s testimony.

“Donald Trump was also a good friend of Jeffrey’s,” one document said of Giuffre’s testimony. “He didn’t partake in any sex with any of us but he flirted with me. He’d laugh and tell Jeffrey, ‘You’ve got the life.’”

Trump’s name also appeared in a flight log included in the trove of court documents, as did the names of former President Bill Clinton and Eva and Glenn Dubin, a billionaire couple known for having close ties to Epstein.

Court records also revealed Johanna Sjoberg, another of Epstein’s accusers, claimed in her testimony that Maxwell “lured her from her school to have sex with Epstein under the guise of hiring her for a job answering phones.”

Giuffre and Maxwell settled their defamation lawsuit in 2017 and many of the documents related to the case had been kept sealed for a long period of time. Giuffre also filed a defamation lawsuit against Dershowitz, who denied having defamed her and said he was simply refuting the accusations leveled against him.
