Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand Says That First Thing She’ll Do In The Oval Office Is ‘Clorox It’ [VIDEO]
When asked about her potential White House plans at last night’s Democratic debate, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-New York) said the first thing she would do is disinfect the Oval Office.
“The first thing that I’m going to do when I’m president — is I’m going to Clorox the Oval Office,” she said. She followed the joke with “the second thing I’m going to do, is I will re-engage on global climate change.”
The senator noted that “the greatest threat to humanity is global climate change,” and that she would sign the Paris global climate change accords and “lead a worldwide” conversation about the issue. President Donald Trump abandoned the Paris accord, which brings nations together to fight global warming, last year.
