Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi went on Fox News on Sunday to explain why President Donald Trump is, in her opinion, a “weak leader.”
Pelosi told Fox News’ Chris Wallace that she reflected on her comments in prayer before going on the show.
“What I decided was the president has made many mistakes,” she said, adding that Trump has ignored science, dismissed criticisms of his actions as a “hoax” and claimed the coronavirus would “miraculously” go away.
Pelosi noted that because Trump continues to blame others for his administration’s actions, she thought of him as weak.

“Leaders take responsibility,” Pelosi told Wallace. “So I said he’s a weak leader. He doesn’t take responsibility. He places blame on others.”
She concluded with calling on the president to take action and make decisions based on science.
Trump retorted on Twitter by calling the House Speaker “dumb.”
“Nervous Nancy is an inherently “dumb” person. She wasted all of her time on the Impeachment Hoax,” the president tweeted.
