Lev Parnas, a former associate of Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, has reportedly given the House Intelligence Committee photos, video, audio recordings and documents related to the efforts to pressure Ukraine to open a political probe.
ABC News reported Sunday that Parnas complied to a congressional subpoena by submitting the materials.
Parnas’s lawyer, Joseph Bondy, told CNBC that his client also had evidence that would implicate the ranking member of the Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes (R-California).
According to Bondy, a Nunes aide asked Parnas to set up Skype meetings and phone calls with Ukrainian officials, including with the chief anti-corruption prosecutor and a deputy in Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s office.

The calls would prevent Nunes from disclosing his travel plans to Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-California).
CNN reporter Vicky Ward tweeted Saturday: “Lev Parnas’s attorney has told me that his client would not be making these claims if he didn’t have text messages and other such evidence to back them up.”
Parnas was charged with federal campaign finance violations last month, along with fellow Giuliani associate Igor Fruman. Bondy told CNBC that the two men spent over a year working with Giuliani to dig up dirt about Biden and his son, Hunter.
Former ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, testified last month that the two wingmen had worked with Giuliani to “remove me from [my] post.”
“I didn’t understand that at all, because I had never met Mr. Parnas and Mr. Furman, and so it was unclear to me why… why they were interested in.. in doing this,” she said.
