London Mayor Sadiq Khan gave the permission for a six-meter high balloon that depicts President Donald Trump as a giant “angry baby with a fragile ego and tiny hands.”
More than 10,000 Londoners signed a petition and spent almost 18,000 pounds for the helium-filled figure. Leo Murray, the man behind the crowdfunded idea, told BBC, “[Trump] really seems to hate it when people make fun of him . . . So when he visits the UK on Friday, we want to make sure he knows that all of Britain is looking down on him and laughing at him,” he said. “That’s why a group of us have chipped in and raised enough money to have a six-meter high blimp made by a professional inflatables company, to be flown in the skies over Parliament Square during Trump’s visit.”

Trump and Khan have a war of words and repeatedly clashed on Twitter. Latest dust up was over the terror attacks at the London Bridge last year. Trump blamed Khan, tweeting that the Mayor of London says there is “no reason to be alarmed,” regarding a statement Khan gave.
Trump was criticized by a number of British politicians for that tweet. According to CNN, in 2015, Khan criticized Trump, saying he “doesn’t have a clue about London” after Trump claimed that certain areas of London were no-go zones. Khan also lambasted Trump two years ago, claiming he held “ignorant views.”
Trump responded by labeling Khan “ignorant” and suggested the two should compete in an IQ test. Last year, Khan insisted that Trump’s state visit to Britain be canceled after the president attempted to impose a travel ban on Muslim nations — a policy which he labeled “cruel and shameful,” according to CNN.
The organisation is planning to send the balloon on a “world tour” and “haunt” Trump wherever he goes, Max Wakefield, who is working on the project, told the BBC.
