SLIDESHOW: DONALD TRUMP’S 30 CRAZIEST TWEETS
The network has been marred by controversy in recent weeks, thanks to a series of comments made on air. Former Donald Trump campaign executive Corey Lewandowski dismissed on air an account of a young girl with Down Syndrome being separated from her mother as part of the nation’s recent crackdown on migrants crossing the U.S. border illegally. “Womp, womp,” said Lewandowski coldly.
Other comments were made by host Laura Ingraham comparing children’s immigrant detention facilities to “summer camps” and guest Ann Coulter calling the immigrant children “child actors.”
