Education Secretary Betsy DeVos’ Work Schedule Remains Empty As Trump Administration Pushes Schools To Reopen
Education Secretary Betsy DeVos‘ work calendar has also been mostly empty for several weeks, including no events on her public agenda for the past month. DeVos has been working remotely from her Michigan mansion while the Trump Administration is pushing public schools to reopen during the the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her light schedule has been the subject of mockery on social media.
DeVos, lakeside, pushing for schools to reopen while refusing to testify before Congress and failing to provide any sort of leadership whatsoever, not that there’s any reason to believe she’s capable of it. It’s just so enraging. https://t.co/w00lx3qhFK pic.twitter.com/HBgASa5lRE
