On Thursday, President Donald Trump attacked MSNBC and CNN while touting Fox News, via his beloved Twitter.

Trump praised Fox News’ Fox & Friends for “blowing away the competition and called MSNBC’s Morning Joe a “dead show.” He also picked on CNN, saying they are failing because of “too much hate in inaccurately reported stories.”

Trump already has previously attacked host Joe Scarborough as “Psycho Joe” and “crazy” and has called co-host Mika Brzezinski “dumb as a rock Mika” and suggested that she was “bleeding badly from a face-lift” when they met at Mar-a-Lago on New Year’s Eve 2017.

Morning Joe reacted to Trump‘s latest tweet slamming their show for its ratings live on MSNBC Thursday, and the first response from Scarborough was “get some sleep. We are sad for you.”

“If it’s true nobody is watching us anymore, we know based on your staff members that we have at least one viewer every morning, and we thank you Donald,” Scarborough said mockingly. “We can always count on you. How are you doing? Get some sleep. We’re sad for you. He’s not doing well.”

Scarborough and Trump were once friendly with one another but have fallen out since before Trump’s election. Trump used to be a regular guest on Morning Joe and often joined the show by phone as a candidate. But the Morning Joe crew’s criticism of Trump intensified as the primary moved to the general election and by 2017 the two sides had developed a poisonous relationship.
