Donald Trump Arrested & Arraigned In Hush Money Case, Pleads Not Guilty To 34 Felony Charges

Former President Donald Trump was arrested in Manhattan on Tuesday afternoon on criminal charges in connection with hush money payment made to his alleged mistress, porn star Stormy Daniels.

A glum-looking Trump entered a not-guilty plea to each of the 34 felony charges during his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court. Trump was charged with numerous crimes of filing false business records, which are crimes in New York State.

Trump was not handcuffed or photographed as many expected him to be.

Trump was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury last week, but the charges remained sealed until today.
