Catholic Bishops Vote To Ban Biden From Receiving Communion Over His Support For Abortion Rights

On Friday, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops voted to pass a new guideline that could ban President Joe Biden from receiving communion due to his position in support of abortion rights for women.

The new guideline says that Catholics who disagree with the church’s position on abortion should not receive holy communion.

Biden is a devout Catholic who has been regularly attending Mass for his whole life. Following the report, he said that it was a “private matter and I don’t think that’s going to happen.”

Biden has revealed previously that he believes life begins at conception. However, he also said that he respects people who think otherwise.

“What I’m not prepared to do is impose a precise view that is borne out of my faith on other people who are equally God-fearing, equally as committed to life, equally as committed to the sanctity of life,” he said in 2015. “I’m prepared to accept that the moment of conception is a human life convened. But I’m not prepared to say that to other God-fearing, non-God-fearing people.”

  • This is ridiculous, ! To me those bishops are are a bunch of hypocritical skells (from the movie: dark crystal). They need to clean up their own backyard with child abuse and priests pedophile and then covering it up. Seems to me that they a have already committed a number of the deadly sins, sloth and greed comes to mind. Bidden prays to God, I don't know what entity these bishops pray to but its not God.
