A Third Of Republicans Believe Trump Will Be ‘Reinstated’ To Presidency This Fall
Nearly one-third of Republicans think that former President Donald Trump will return to the Oval Office later this year.
The Politico-Morning Consult poll was conducted between June 4 and 7 with 1,990 registered voters – including Democrats, Republicans and Independents – answering a series of questions. Eighty-four percent of Democrats and 70% of Independents believe Trump will not be returning to office. Although more than two-thirds of the respondents reject the possibility of reinstatement, nearly 30% of Republican participants believed that Trump will be president again in the fall.
Charles Cooke confirms @maggieNYT reporting that Trump is under the delusion that he, Perdue & McSally “will be ‘reinstated’ to office this summer after ‘audits’ of the 2020 elections in Arizona, Georgia, and a handful of other states…” Insanity. https://t.co/zqnccvo9Si
