Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden‘s campaign has launched its first television advertisement that featured Cindy McCain, the widow of Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona).
The ad sought to win support from independents and moderate Republicans in battleground states in the November election.
In the ad, McCain advocated for Biden as a leader that could cross party lines to unite the nation and further described the nominee’s friendship with her late husband.
