The official White House Twitter account skewered critics of President Joe Biden‘s plan to forgive $10,000 of student loans for those who make less than $125,000.
“Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene had $183,504 in PPP [Paycheck Protection Program] loans forgiven,” a tweet from the account read in response to Greene saying during an appearance on Newsmax that the government calling student debt forgiven “unfair.”
The account went on to expose the amount that six Republican Congress members, including Matt Gaetz (Florida), Mike Kelly (Pennsylvania) and Vern Buchanan (Florida) received from PPP.

The high cost of college also remains an issue as the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget announced that even with the forgiveness program, the current level of debt would rise again in just four years.
