Former President Barack Obama slammed President Donald Trump on Wednesday, saying Trump does not have the “patience” and “focus” required to make substantial changes to U.S. foreign policy.
Obama made the comments on a 45-minute podcast episode of Pod Save America.
“It’s not as if Trump has been all that active internationally. I mean, the truth is he does not have the patience and the focus to substantially change a lot of U.S. foreign policy,” Obama said during the podcast.
He added that Trump has “systematically tried to decimate our entire foreign policy infrastructure.”
