Protesters called for New York City Mayor Eric Adams to resign, heckling him as he entered federal court in Manhattan for a hearing on Feb. 19. In video footage, Adams is seen walking from his car up the steps of the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse as protesters chant, “Adams, you suck!” Adams has been charged with bribery and campaign finance offenses. At the hearing, acting deputy attorney general Emil Bove III sought the dismissal of charges against the embattled mayor, who had previously asked for a pardon from Trump.
