The Government Media Office in Gaza said it was the ninth time the Israel Defense Forces had struck tents outside the hospital since the beginning of the year.
The most recent strike on October 14 garnered international news coverage after graphic footage showed a teenager being burned alive as a tent was engulfed in flames. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said they had targeted Hamas militants at the hospital.
The IDF had not commented on the Nov. 9 strike at the time of publication.
