VIDEO: French Senator Claude Malhuret Calls Trump ‘Incendiary Emperor’ & Musk His ‘Jester On Ketamine’
A French politician dubbed President Donald Trump an “incendiary emperor” and called Elon Musk his “jester on ketamine” during a debate on the situation in Ukraine held in the Senate in Paris on March 4. Addressing his peers, the leader of Les Independants, French Senator Claude Malhuret, said that Europe was “hitting a critical point in history.” “The American shield is failing. Ukraine is at risk of being forsaken, and Russia strengthened,” Malhuret said. “Washington has become Nero’s court. An incendiary emperor, obedient courtiers, and a jester on ketamine tasked with the purification of the public function. It is a tragedy for the free world but above all for the U.S. Trump’s message is that there is no point in being his ally for he will not defend you. He will press higher tariffs on you than on his enemy, and will threaten to steal your land, all while supporting the dictatorships that are invading you.” Malhuret went on to say that, “Never in history has a US president capitulated to the enemy or supported an oppressor against an ally” and that Trump had, in a month, harmed America more than in the four years of his previous term. “We were at war with a dictator then, and now we are at war with a dictator backed by a traitor,” he said.(Credit: French Senate via Storyful)
