Apple said it has a fix for a glitch in the iPhone’s voice-to-text software that’s been causing the word “Trump” to briefly appear when the word “racist” is spoken. Other words beginning with the letter R, including “rampage” and “rampant,” also caused the glitch. An Apple spokesperson said on Tuesday the company was “aware of an issue with the speech recognition model that powers dictation, and we’re rolling out a fix.” This footage from Kevin Otero shows him speaking the word “racist” while using Apple’s dictation software on an iPhone.
