Former President Donald Trump said Christians will no longer need to vote again if he wins a second term in a speech to conservative Christians on Friday.

The Turning Point Action’s Believers Summit took place in West Palm Beach, Florida, and was the former president’s second campaign speech following President Joe Biden’s departure from the race and endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris. He told attendees this was the “most important election ever.”

In an attempt to appeal to Christian voters, Trump promised that he would support efforts to increase religious freedom. He also promised to create a task force focused on “anti-Christian bias,” as well as defund public schools “pushing critical race theory, transgender insanity and other inappropriate racial, sexual or political content onto the lives of our children.”

Trump told the attendees that if he wins the presidency, they would never have to vote again.

“You won’t have to do it anymore,” Trump said. “Four more years, you know what? It’ll be fixed, it’ll be fine. You won’t have to vote anymore, my beautiful Christians.”

Trump also spoke about his historical support of the Israeli government to garner support from the religious attendees.

Additionally, Trump spoke about his political rival and the new Democratic candidate. He told the Christian audience that Harris would be a liberal during her potential presidency.

“If Kamala Harris gets in, she will be the most extreme radical liberal president in American history,” Trump said.
