Trump Slams Democrats & New York A.G. Letitia James In Easter Messages

Former President Donald Trump released Easter messages on Sunday slamming Democrats and New York Attorney General Letitia James (D).

“Happy Easter to failed gubernatorial candidate and racist Attorney General Letitia James,” the ex-President said in a statement made through his Save America PAC. “May she remain healthy despite the fact that she will continue to drive business out of New York while at the same time keeping crime, death, and destruction in New York!”

James’ office is investigating Trump and his organization’s financial records. Earlier this month, James requested that a state court hold Trump in civil contempt after he refused to comply with a court order to hand over documents to aid her investigation. She asked that he be ordered to pay a $10,000 per day fine for his efforts to evade the subpoena.

In another message, Trump targeted the Democratic Party.

“Happy Easter to all including the Radical Left Maniacs who are trying everything to destroy our country,” the second message from the Save America PAC said. “May they not succeed, but let them, nevertheless, be happy, healthy, wealthy and well!”

The former president is currently in the process of endorsing candidates for the midterm elections, including famed TV Dr. Mehmet Oz (R) of Pennsylvania for Senate and former Sen. David Perdue (R) for governor in Georgia.

Trump is also considering a bid of his own for another term in the White House in 2024, though he has not yet made an official decision.
