Kamala Harris delivers her vice presidential acceptance speech at the 2020 DNC
At a North Carolina Trump campaign rally on Tuesday night, President Donald Trump said that it would be an “insult” to America if Sen. Kamala Harris (D-California) were to become the first woman president. The president repeatedly focused on Harris, saying that “no one likes her.”
Harris is the third woman in American history to be nominated by a major political party for vice president. She is also the first woman of color to be nominated for the post.
During a campaign rally in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on Tuesday evening, Trump spoke about Biden and Harris, starting by purposely butchering the California senator’s name.
