Trump Says ‘Fox Isn’t Working For Us’ After An Interview With DNC Spokeswoman Xochitl Hinojosa

President Donald Trump was not pleased with Fox News’s interview with a Democrat on Wednesday night, tweeting, “Fox isn’t working for us anymore!”

Following the network’s interview of Democratic National Committee Communications Director Xochitl Hinojosa, Trump let it be known that he was highly displeased.

“Just watched Fox News heavily promoting the Democrats through their DNC Communications Director, spewing out whatever she wanted with zero pushback by anchor, Sandra Smith,” the president tweeted. “The New Fox News is letting millions of GREAT people down! We have to start looking for a new News Outlet. Fox isn’t working for us anymore!”

The president and Fox have had a close relationship. Trump often tweets off of reports he sees on the network. Recently, though, Trump has started to doubt the network, becoming ever more critical of Fox.

After the network ran a poll that showed him losing the 2020 election to four Democrats, the president said he was “not happy” with Fox.

The DNC official responded to Trump’s tweet saying, “Thanks for watching. It’s pronounced So-Chi, you know, like the city in Russia.”
