Trump buildings, which once lured the rich and famous, have been losing value dramatically lately as prices hit decade-long lows.
According to a new AP report, 4,000 transactions during the last 15 years in 11 Trump buildings in Chicago, Honolulu, Las Vegas and New York found prices for some condos and hotel rooms have fallen by nearly one-third.
“They’re giving them away,” Lane Blue, who purchased a studio in Trump’s Las Vegas tower for $160,500 in March, $350,000 less than the seller paid in 2008, told the AP.
Since the noticeable drop, bargain hunters are reportedly pouncing on these relatively cheap Trump buildings.
