Trump Campaign Planning On Launching Blimp To Promote President’s Reelection

In the latest attempt to reach voters, President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign is planning on flying a “Trump – Pence” blimp over swing states between May and July, and is reportedly exploring the possibility of having contests that would allow winners in those states to fly in the blimp.

The blimp is in part meant to collect voter data. The blimp, which encourages onlookers to text the word “Fly” to a Trump campaign number, is meant to collect a list of  campaigns. With their contact information collected, the campaign will use it to reach out to supporters to ask for their votes and donations.

Trump’s campaign has been experimenting with creative campaign tactics. They’ve flown banners above cities where Democrats are holding debates and spent millions on a pair of commercials during the Super Bowl. Additional ads have also been aired in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and New Hampshire.

The Trump campaign is also introducing storefronts devoted to attracting African American voters with literature promoting the president’s record and  merchandise with the word “woke” written all over them.
