WASHINGTON, DC - JANUARY 30: Eric Trump and Lara Trump attend the State of the Union address in the chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives January 30, 2018 in Washington, DC. This is the first State of the Union address given by U.S. President Donald Trump and his second joint-session address to Congress.
President Donald Trump’s campaign has been secretly paying his sons’ partners $180,000 a year through the campaign manager’s private company, according to Republicans with knowledge of the payments.
Donald Trump Jr.’s girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle and Eric Trump’s wife Lara Trump have been receiving $15,000 a month according to two GOP sources told HuffPost.
The sources were unsure when the payments started but said they were being made by Trump’s campaign manager Bradley Parscale. He reportedly made the payments through his company rather than by the campaign or the party in order to avoid public reporting requirements.
Parscale told HuffPost on Friday, “I can pay them however I want to pay them,” but did not comment any further.
