Trump called Bloomberg a “loser,” who reminds him of the former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush.
Bush ran against Trump in the 2016 GOP presidential primary. He was frequently the target of Trump’s social media ribs.
Trump’s recent infatuation with Bloomberg stems from the former New York City mayor’s efforts to thwart the president’s reelection.

Bloomberg, a self-made billionaire who launched a late presidential bid in November, has spent hundreds of millions of dollars of his personal wealth on advertisements to make up for the lost time.
He plans to focus on the highly anticipated March 3 Super Tuesday states. But Bloomberg is sitting out of the first four nomination contests of the Democratic nominating season.
