To Finish His Border Wall, Trump Tells Aides ‘Don’t Worry, I’ll Pardon You’ For Any Crimes

President Donald Trump wants the border wall he promised so desperately that he said he would pardon aides for any “potential wrongdoing,” if they break the law rushing to build it.

The wall that Trump built his campaign one is only 13 percent done – most of which is existed prior to his administration – of what is supposed to be a 450-mile wall.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency announced that since construction began in 2017 more than 60 miles have been completed and that it was on track to finish by 2020, when Trump is up for reelection.

The president is fully aware that failure to complete this wall could cost him his reelection. With a little more than a year until voters hit the booths, Trump seems willing to ramp up at all costs.

Officials told him that some of the orders given to them by him were illegal or not possible. The president eased their worries by telling them, “Don’t worry, I’ll pardon you.”

The officials also told him they were concerned with laws regarding eminent domain – the seizing of private land for public use — but Trump told them to simply “take the land,” showing no regard for the laws put in place to protect citizens from the government.
