As special counsel Robert Mueller‘s investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election of Donald Trump continues, another scandal involving the President and porn star Stormy Daniels has kept growing.
Earlier this year, it was revealed Trump allegedly had an affair with Daniels — whose real name is Stephanie Clifford — at a Lake Tahoe golf tournament in 2006, shortly after he and his wife Melania got married and had their son Barron. It was also revealed the former Apprentice star’s longtime lawyer Michael Cohen paid Daniels $130,000 out of his own pocket just months before the 2016 election to remain silent about the encounter. Daniels later revealed in a 2011 interview the approximate time period she and Trump had begun seeing each other. Cohen has denied any wrongdoing in this case.
On Tuesday, Daniels filed a lawsuit against the President, in which she claimed she was forced and intimidated into signing a non-disclosure agreement about the affair, although she said Trump never signed the agreement so that he never had to face evidence that he acknowledges the encounter occurred.
Now, several reports claim Daniels has hinted she has private, lewd photos of her encounter with Trump.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders offered a strange, non-explicit denial Wednesday, claiming both that she is completely unaware about the details of the $130,000 payment but also that the case “has already been won in arbitration”—two statements that seem to be in conflict. She reiterated that “the president has denied the allegations against him.”
Language in Daniels’ lawsuit refers to a clause focused on “certain still images and/or text messages which were authored by or related to” Trump, who is referred to as DD throughout the filings, short for David Dennison. (Daniels is referred to in the lawsuit as “Peggy Peterson”, or PP). PP, according to the agreement, had allegedly threatened Trump with “selling, transferring, licensing, publicly disseminating and/or exploiting the Images and/or Property and/or other Confidential Information,” and was therefore required to hand over any of DD’s “tangible property” and “permanently delete any electronic copies that cannot be transferred.” Each time Daniels breached this term, the agreement said, she would be liable for $1 million, a measure presumably designed to ensure that she’d be disinclined to circulate any documentation of the alleged affair.
It remains unclear, however, what the exact nature of Daniels proof is. Whether it consists of photos, videos, and/or text messages she and Trump exchanged, no actual documentation has been publicly disclosed.
