Sen. Rick Scott (R-Florida) proposed using the 25th Amendment to remove President Joe Biden from office in a series of tweets on Monday.
Scott is also calling for a congressional investigation into Biden’s handling of the situation in Afghanistan after the fall of the U.S.-backed government on Sunday.
