Rep. John Delaney & Gov. Steve Bullock Get Unexpected Spotlight At 2nd Democratic Debate

Gov. Steve Bullock (D-Montana) and former Rep. John Delaney (D-Maryland) got an unexpected taste of the spotlight at the second Democratic debate in Detroit on Tuesday night.

WATCH JOHN DELANEY TALK WITH uPOLITICS:

Bullock knew the debate was a crucial platform for him after having failed to qualify for the first debate.
