Dallas Frazier, 29, was arrested Wednesday for assaulting a 61-year-old man protesting at Donald Trump’s Cincinnati rally.
The video shows Frazier getting out of his truck to attack an anti-Trump protestor, Mike Alter.
Alter told WLWT Channel 5 in a phone interview from his hospital bed, “I said something to him and he jumps out and wants to start fighting.”

Frazier then jumped out of his truck began “whaling on” Alter.
