Steve Bannon Slammed On Social Media For Calling John Fetterman ‘Satanic’

Steve Bannon is being attacked on social media after the former senior adviser to Donald Trump said that Pennsylvania Democratic Senate nominee John Fetterman was associated with “groomers” in the Senate.

After Bannon posted the message on Gettr, a right-wing social media platform, claiming Fetterman was “satanic” and a part of a “Democratic Grooming Scandal.”

“Is Fetterman satanic?? His look, his vibe, his associations … has there been anyone in the history of the country that exudes more just pure evil than this guy,” Bannon said. “The Citizens of the Commonwealth need to ask themselves — do we want someone who hangs with Satanic Groomers to represent us in the US Senate.”

Ron Filipkowski, a reporter who documents the American alt-right joked on Twitter, “Pretty sure when Steve Bannon calls you ‘satanic’ that means you are winning.”

Jennifer Mercieca added that Bannon was adding fire to a flame with his “anti-democratic” rhetoric. She blamed Bannon for promoting conspiracy theories to gain votes for the GOP.

“Just adding another example here. Ginning up outrage/votes/attention by positioning someone as a hate-object (literally a Devil term here!),” Mercieca stated. “Very anti-democratic.”

Fetterman is set to face off against his GOP nominee Dr. Mehmet Oz this November in a race to represent Pennsylvania in the Senate. The two have faced off indirectly in a series of ads that targeted one another on social media.

Oz has repeatedly called Fetterman a “radical leftist” and a “socialist,” without any evidence to support his claims.

Fetterman has chosen to attack Oz as a carpetbagger for being a citizen of multiple states – and multiple countries as well.

Oz is a known resident of New Jersey and reportedly voted in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey during recent elections. The former TV show host has said he will renounce his Turkish citizenship if elected as a senator.
