New York Nurses Wear Garbage Bags To Protect Themselves Against Coronavirus Due To Protective Gear Shortage
Nurses across the United States have resorted to donning garbages bags as a protective gear against the coronavirus (COVID-19). Nurses at Mount Sinai West in Manhattan were among the first to adopt the use of bags, and photos of the workers splashed across the city tabloids this week.
The pictures had been uploaded to social media by the nurses, but Mount Sinai has called on them to delete the photos.
