New photo and video evidence from the raid of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence has been released. The FBI raided the former president’s home last year in search of classified national security documents that Trump allegedly stole.
Last month, Trump was indicted on 37 counts for willful retention of national defense information and conspiracy to obstruct justice. He was arrested and arraigned at the Miami federal courthouse, where he pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Trump has repeatedly denied any allegations that he took the documents from the White House, claiming that he only took personal materials such as golf shirts and newspaper clippings.
On Wednesday, Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart unsealed more of the Mar-a-Lago search warrant, which included a photo of 61 boxes of classified material in Trump’s storeroom.

It also offered detailed descriptions of surveillance footage confirming that Trump’s former aide Walt Nauta helped move boxes in and out of the storage room, an allegation that Nauta denied upon being indicted alongside Trump in June.
The release of the warrant comes after a particularly incriminating audio recording of Trump was leaked. The recording was from his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, and captured Trump sharing the contents of an Iranian war plan document with his colleagues. Listeners could clearly hear him admit that he did not declassify the documents, despite previously stating otherwise.
According to Reinhart, the Justice Department has agreed to release additional parts of the warrant. However, officials have requested that some remain sealed to “comply with grand jury secrecy rules and to protect investigative sources and methods.”
