A Halloween parade that took place on Oct. 30 in Mt Pleasant, Pennsylvania, sparked controversy after participants portrayed Vice President Kamala Harris as being tied to a golf cart driven by a person dressed as former President Donald Trump. Footage captured by Ashley Frailey shows a woman in a red suit walking slowly behind a golf cart. The cart is carrying a man dressed as Trump and one as a sniper, with a replica assault rifle mounted on the hood. (Credit: Ashley Frailey via Storyful)
