Mark & Patricia McCloskey, Who Pointed Guns At BLM Protesters, Face Disbarment

Mark and Patricia McCloskey, a Missouri couple who harassed social justice protesters marching past their house last summer, could face disbarment.

Alan Pratzel, the Missouri chief disciplinary counsel, asked the state’s supreme court to revoke the law licenses of the two personal injury lawyers, according to court documents.

Back in June 2020, the McCloskeys pointed guns at protestors who walked through their gated community.

Both Mark and Patricia McCloskey pled guilty to misdemeanor charges and paid fines of $750 and $2,000 respectively.

Mark McCloskey has made it clear that he does not regret his actions. “I’d do it again,” he said. “Anytime the mob approaches me, I’ll do what I can to put them in imminent threat of physical injury because that’s what kept them from destroying my house and my family.”

The couple was pardoned by Missouri Gov. Mike Parson (R) in July. They also made an appearance at the RNC last year.

Mark McCloskey is planning to run for a U.S. Senate seat.
