Linda McMahon Refuses To Say If Black History Courses Will Be Allowed Under Trump Administration
During Linda McMahon‘s Senate confirmation hearing, the former WWE executive refused to answer whether black history courses would be allowed in the new administration.
When Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Connecticut) raised the question about black history courses, McMahon said she’d “look into it.”
McMahon also claimed schools that offer special graduation ceremonies for students of color are participating in “segregation.”
President Donald Trump has placed eliminating Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) offices and so-called “woke” ideology at the center of his policy agenda for education.
