The former UFC commentator and host of The Joe Rogan Experience has gone viral yet again, this time for speculating that former First Lady Michelle Obama would beat Donald Trump in 2024 if President Joe Biden doesn’t run for re-election.
“I really believe if Michelle Obama runs, she wins,” Rogan said during a Christmas Eve episode. “She’s great, she’s intelligent, she’s articulate, she’s the wife of the best president that we have had in our lifetime in terms of, like, a representative of intelligent, articulate people.”
He also said that a ticket with Obama and Kamala Harris as vice president would provide “a double dose of diversity” before adding that “the only thing that would stop her is if she bought into some of these policies that are destroying businesses in America that are making people scared. If she somehow or another supported or showed any support for lockdowns and mandates and all this craziness that’s going on.”
During the pandemic Rogan — despite testing positive — received backlash for downplaying the need for young people to get vaccinated, as well as for questioning measures like shutdowns.

As for the Republican candidate, Rogan mused that Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis would “make a super team” if they joined forces. “That’s the only way they win,” Rogan said.
The former first lady has not indicated any plans to run for office. She even said earlier this year that “I’m moving toward retirement right now, [selectively] picking projects.”
Furthermore, Biden said last week that he intends to run for re-election—especially if he’s running against Trump.
