After former President Joe Biden announced he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer, some conservative commentators raised questions about when the diagnosis was made and whether the public should have been informed earlier, specifically accusing his wife, Jill Biden.

Biden shared the news on Sunday, calling the cancer “aggressive,” and thanked the public for their support in a message on X alongside a photo with the former First Lady.

Soon after, some voices online began speculating that the cancer may have been known for a while and possibly kept private by those close to the president, including his wife. One doctor claimed the condition may have been developing for up to ten years, though no official source has confirmed this.

Leo Terrell, a former Fox News contributor and current senior counsel to the assistant attorney general for civil rights, reacted to the speculation on X by writing, “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??” in response to claims that Jill Biden encouraged her husband to run for re-election despite knowing about his health issues.

Other conservative figures echoed the concerns, with some suggesting more transparency is needed regarding the president’s health. President Donald Trump, who initially offered support, later questioned whether all the facts had been shared. “Somebody is not telling the facts,” he told reporters.

Vice President J.D. Vance also weighed in, saying, “Whether the right time to have this conversation is now or at some point in the future. We really do need to be honest about whether the former president was capable of doing the job.”

Neither the White House nor Jill Biden has responded publicly to the comments. There is evidence of wrongdoing by Jill Biden. It is unclear whether these concerns will lead to any formal investigation or action.
