Ivanka Trump & Jared Kushner Made At Least $36 Million In Income Outside White House

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, top advisers to President Donald Trump, earned at least $36 million outside of the White House in 2019, according to the financial disclosures released on Friday.

The disclosed income was at least $7 million higher than the report in 2018.

Ivanka, president’s eldest daughter, and her husband, Kushner, both serve as senior advisers in the White House without drawing a salary.

The majority of their income came from their outside businesses: real estate and Trump Organization hotels were their main income sources.

Kushner Companies, Kushner’s family business which he maintains part-ownership in, has been receiving a lot of criticism. The company gets investments from many foreign companies, which makes Kushner prone to the conflict of interest that comes to diplomacy.

Ivanka’s revenue from the Trump Organization has also faced controversy as the guests in the Trump International Hotel could use their their stays to influence the administration’s decisions.
